Mark practiced as a barrister in private practice for over 20 years . He ventured into the property industry 14 years ago when he and Louise set up Let It Homes, which fast became the largest and most successful lettings agent locally, through a professional, honest and diligent approach . His approach to property sales is no different and with the dedicated team that Sell It Homes has at its disposal, his aim is not only to help make Sell It Homes the number one agent locally but to raise the bar in terms of customer service levels to vendors and purchasers alike. Mark is an avid cricket fan and also enjoys football, rock music and spinning.
Louise gained a Business Management Administration BA at Leeds University. She worked as a Primary teacher before going into the property industry in 2007 to found Let It Homes and later Sell It Homes ,with Mark Hurd. Louise oversees the administration of the business along with managing human resources. Louise’s ethos is to ensure that each and every customer receives the service they deserve by ensuring the team are approachable yet professional at all times. Outside of work Louise loves to bake, walk and has a passion for antiques.
Tom first joined the team in 2016 and has steadily progressed through the ranks to head the sales side of the business as Director of Sales. Tom has an unabounded enthusiasm for property sales and whether valuing properties or negotiating sales he throws himself into the task with skill and imagination. In his personal time he plays football, tennis and badminton and exercises at the gym.
Bronya is the latest addition to our sales team. Bronya has a background in the arts and is very much a people person . Like everyone in our team she has a real passion for property and an eye for what people are looking for. She is a persuasive and dedicated sales negotiator. In her spare time she pursues her interests in the arts, drama, interior design and cinema.
